Dr. Sanjeev Singh is a Professor of Pediatrics and Hospital Administration and the Medical Director at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences in Faridabad, India. He is also the Chief of Medical Services at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences in Kochi, Kerala, India.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Singh worked as a Regional Coordinator of a Disease Eradication Program at WHO-India. He currently serves as an external consultant to the WHO and advises Indian state governments on regulatory and policy issues, quality interventions, and antimicrobial stewardship and infection control.
Dr. Singh published a book titled “Hospital Infection Control Guidelines: Principles & Practices,” and has been published in over 100 international and national research journals. He is on the editorial board of the Asian Society of Quality Journal, Indian Journal of Medical Microbiology, International Journal for Research and Hospital Management, and NABH Journal for Quality & Patient Safety.
Dr. Singh completed his MBBS at SMS Medical College in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, MD at the Institute of Alternate Medicine in Calcutta, India, and PhD in Infection Control at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences.
