Dr. Ritin Mohindra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (PGI) in Chandigarh, India.
He currently leads the Communicable Diseases Ward and Isolation Facility at PGI. Prior to his current role, Dr. Mohindra was working in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi, India.
His basic training is in medicine, and his areas of interest include emergency medicine, infectious diseases, and neglected tropical diseases. He also holds a Fellowship in Emergency Management and Disaster Medicine from SUNY Downstate University, New York and has received DMAT training from Osaka University, Japan.
